Summertime in SoCal means: fresh berries from the farmers market! My favorite: red, ripe, raspberries! I’ve been somewhat obsessed recently with this particular breakfast. And, sadly, with all the craziness of life, I’ve been neglecting to post up my various creations. But I thought I would share this one because this is what I’ve been eating for breakfast, 2 weeks in a row. I call this my “Power Breakfast”
Ingredients:
1 ripe organic banana
1/2 cup ripe, red, organic raspberries
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 tsp orange blossom honey (or whatever kind of honey you like)
Organic, healthy, and oh so yummily delicious. Go get your breakfast on!
